We are pleased to announce that registration is open for the Fall 2017 soccer season. We encourage you to take advantage of our early bird pricing and to tell your friends to sign their children up as well.

You may continue to use your same User Account to register your children. If you have forgotten your password, there is a link on the logon page where you can have it sent to you or reset.

Registrations received 9/1 and after will be added to a waitlist and only added to teams needing additional players.
Register Early! You may register now and postdate your check to 9/1/17 to take advantage of the early bird rates. Mail your check now to the PO box listed below. It will not be cashed until 9/1, and your child is guaranteed a place on a team.
We will do our best to accommodate special requestsentered on registrations dated 7/1 thru 8/25/17 in the U06 and U08 Divisions, however cannot guarantee that we can honor all of them.
For recreational groups over the age of 8, players will be randomly assigned to teams and we will not be honoring any requests for specific coaches.
We will be creating our teams based on the number of children registered as of end of day on 9/1, and will be building balanced teams to the best of our ability, to encourage competitive games.

We also have a mandatory Cheesecake Fundraiser and funds raised help offset club expenses, which include field maintenance and equipment. We also offer a buyout option of $30 per family. Those families not wishing to sell cheesecake items can choose the buyout option at the time of registration. Thank you to all for participating!
*** All Coaches and Assistant Coaches should enter their Volunteer info into the Online Registration system ASAP to be considered for a Coaching position this season. Please do not assume that we know that you are interested in continuing to Coach a team. You cannot be added to a team as a Coach or Assistant Coach without the Volunteer info in the system. Background checks must also be completed. Once both are complete, we are able to assign you to a team.

It has come to our attention that our communication last night regarding our current relationship with the Plainville Soccer Club may have caused some confusion. To be clear, we in no way intended to imply that the Plainville Soccer Club was disbanding or that they are ceasing operations, nor was this an attempt dissuade or discourage folks from participating in the programs offered by the Plainville Soccer Club. We were simply providing transparency around some changes we we are implementing to better manage our recreational leagues and simplify the relationship we had with the Plainville Soccer Club.
Again, it is important that all Plainville families that want to participate in any soccer program put on by the Bristol Soccer Club know that they are welcome at our club. As we continue to evaluate our programs, we felt that it was important to streamline the process (such as how registration is handled) to avoid any confusion and better ensure that we can provide the type of soccer experience for the kids that we can all be proud of.

Bristol Soccer Club - Changes to relationship with Plainville
In the interest of clarity, we are forwarding a copy of a communication that was distributed to the Plainville Soccer Club regarding our relationship in the recreation divisions. Please reach out should you have any questions.
Bristol Soccer Club
Our mutual goal as the Plainville and Bristol Soccer Clubs has always been to provide a great experience for the kids in our programs.
As we look to continue to best meet this goal we would like you to know that The Bristol Soccer Club still wants to offer the opportunity for the children of Plainville to play soccer at our club. Having said that, in order to better manage this process going forward we as a Board have decided on the following changes beginning with the fall 2017 season:
* Plainville players will be required to to use the BSC website to register for any level of Recreation or Travel Leagues that we offer
* Plainville residents will be charged the same established fees as paid by Bristol residents (Plainville Residents had been previously charged a higher registration fee by the PSC)
* All players uniforms will display only the BSC logo and be provided by the BSC with no exceptions
* Plainville residents enrolled in a BSC program will be required to participate in all fundraising activities currently required of Bristol residents
* Photos for all teams will be part of the fall season only
We would still like the use of Plainville fields for the Recreation program if possible and we will make every effort to roster Plainville kids on teams that practice on fields close to Plainville
It is important that all Plainville kids that want to participate in a soccer program put on by the Bristol Soccer Club know that are welcomed at our club. As we continue to evaluate our programs, we felt that it was important to streamline the process to avoid any confusion and better ensure that we can provide the type of soccer experience for these kids that we can all be proud of.
With these changes in place we believe that we will be in a better position to focus on soccer and the overall experience provided to our players and coaches.
We look forward to continuing to welcome the youth of Plainville to our club.

Listed below please find the list of players selected for the 2017/18 Bristol Soccer Club Travel program. Please note the following:
There is an alternate list that we reserve the right to use in case those listed below do NOT accept the position on the BSC Travel team by the deadline date.
The deadline to accept the position on the BSC Travel team for 2017/18 is JULY 7th.
To accept or decline please email and make sure your child’s name is in the email as well as Accept or Decline.
We are in need to hold another tryout for age group boys U13 thru U15. This will be for those who did NOT tryout in May. The tryouts will be conducted next week. We will post those age groups immediately following the tryouts. More info to follow.
There will be a Travel Orientation in JULY. The time/date TBD. Everyone will be notified well in advance.
Fittings for uniforms will take place at the orientation
Information regarding expectations/requirements for travel will be presented
$50 deposit to hold your spot will be required. This deposit will go towards the registration and is non refundable.
